Liz’s work has been life changing. She has guided me to energetically connect with myself in a safe, comfortable space where I am able to open up, let go, and release. Liz is so in tune and I always leave our sessions more centered and grounded.

Liz’s sensitivity and emotional intelligence as a person, paired with her vast experience within her Reiki practice, make her a wonderful healer and a perfect person to experience Reiki with – especially if you’re new to the idea and looking for an easy, accessible way in.

Reiki with Liz is the most moving, deep, and relaxing form of inner connection and meditation I’ve experienced in my life so far. Liz greets me every session, judgement-free, with warmth, compassion, and empathy. What I appreciate is her authenticity and vulnerability in our time together, which allows me to open my heart, ground, and feel at peace in my body. She has a very special touch and is truly gifted.
~ Isabelle

Receiving reiki from Liz always makes me incredibly relaxed and at peace. She makes you feel completely at ease and the overall experience I could not recommend more!

How I define Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of healing. The reiki kanji (Japanese symbol/writing) have various depths in translation. The most commonly used in English are Rei- meaning universal or God and Ki- life force energy. I understand Rei to be the subtle wisdom that exists in everything and is infinite in nature. A wisdom that can be shared or poured down if one is open to receiving it. Ki is the energy that animates all living things. Ki flows through us and is responsible for creating a healthy condition. An important attribute to Ki is that it responds to our thoughts and feelings and can fluctuate depending on them. We can do things to increase our Ki that are not just limited to thoughts and feelings.

Reiki has an amazing ability to move energy in a subtle way and is not intrusive. Reiki is always positive and is a nice way for the client to ground and be nurtured.

Reiki is an art that grounds, calms, sees, nurtures and heals.
